Kima Commercial Represents Historic Land Deal
Governor Pat McCrory visited Wake Forest and Youngsville, NC this week in an effort to reach out to the business community at large and make a special announcement. One that we at Kima Commercial are very proud to have had a small role in. On this beautiful day, it was our honor to be present today in Youngsville, NC as the Governor made the announcement that K-Flex USA will continue to manufacturer and deliver their product based right here locally. In fact, not only will K-Flex USA continue their operations here, they announced that the land has been purchased (through Kima Commercial) and the plans developed to take their existing 350,000+ square feet of space and build an additional 360,000 square feet. This will keep jobs in North Carolina and provide new jobs as well. One Hundred to be exact! As part of the announcement, Focus Design Builders of Wake Forest has been chosen to build the project. The 360,000 square foot facility will be both a warehouse and manufacturing facility for K-Flex USA. Governor McCrory played an active role in keeping these jobs here.
