Raleigh, NC – Between Peter Kima’s experience in having built one of the most successful real estate teams in Raleigh, North Carolina, and Paul Eitel’s experience from Project Developer to Owner while helping clients plan, design, and build more than $100 million dollars in projects, Kima Commercial, LLC was founded with the intended focus being on clients’ business goals, commitment to the communities they serve, and the personal approach to client service and relationships. Kima Commercial, LLC is creating a higher standard within a new culture.
Peter Kima has leveraged the many opportunities presented to him. His relationship with one of the most respected commercial building companies in the southeast, his relationship and investment in a metallurgical coal opportunity domestically, his involvement in closing a high profile multifamily land project in the Charlotte, NC market, along with regional residential land development projects, Peter is able to navigate the systems and red tape often involved in these projects. As President of the Kiwanis Club, a youth baseball and basketball coach, Peter is heavily involved in his community. Focused on land, development and working directly with residential and commercial builders, Peter brings with him relationships and resources for both people and financing.
Paul Eitel co-founded the Wake Forest based Focus Design Builders, Inc., as he and his partners wanted to create a commercial construction company in which the customer was the top priority. As CEO of Focus Design Builders, Inc. — and with his background in commercial real estate—Paul has capably served the commercial real estate and commercial construction needs of many clients. He looks forward to continuing to assist those with commercial real estate needs as the VP of Business Development here at Kima Commercial. Also a member of the Kiwanis Club – past President along with his efforts on the Wake Forest Architectural Review Board, and serving as the Chaplain on the Fire Department, Paul is certainly active in his community as well.
