Senior Living Options Increase in Cary
HHHunt has long been a builder in many aspects. One of their focuses continues to be the division of Senior Living. They are expanding some facilities and currently announcing the Twenty Three “point” Two million (that’s $23.2 Million) project with the lovely name, Spring Arbor of Cary. This will be a phased facility serving both assisted living needs and a memory care facility.
In addition to the new announcement making an impact in the Triangle, HHHunt declares that they expansion of Spring Arbor of Durham on Hope Valley Road is complete. Adding 16 additional memory care beds, additional services, and more space the new memory care wing is well received. They are also working on another expansion project at Spring Arbor of Albemarle. By adding Cary HHHunt will now have 15 senior living facilities in North Carolina. They are spread out and located in Cary, Kill Devil Hills, Raleigh, Greensboro, Apex, Hendersonville, Rocky Mount, Thomasville, Greenville, Wilmington, Albemarle, Kinston, and Wilson.
The Virginia based HHHunt has developed real estate in almost every sector and remain excited to expand with the new Spring Arbor of Cary facility located at 1695 Kildaire Farm Road. The new facility will open in Spring of 2017 and feature 72,087 square feet of space. It is will be single story and have wonderful amenities. These include gardens to be gardened, trails and walking paths, and furnished rooms. If you threw in Virginia and Maryland the company had developed and managed a total of 21 Spring Arbor communities.
The future remains bright for the company as it has found a niche and a need.
